If you are experiencing cough, fever, shortness of breath, or any other symptom related to COVID-19, suspect you have COVID-19, or have a confirmed case of COVID-19, you may not enter our offices.

We aim to follow new updates and health recommendations to serve our patients well. Due to an associate healthcare office in our facility Monday and Thursday seeing higher-risk patients, we are requiring facemasks in our offices on Mondays and Thursdays. These will be considered our "high-risk hours" for all of our offices. We recommend wearing a mask on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but they are not required.
